Aughra's Eye Pendant

$60.00
Type: Pendant
Metal - Bronze

Aughra's seal was a representation of the Great Conjunction, when Thra's three suns, Great, Rose and Dying, align in the sky. The three suns are represented here by the orb, iris and pupil of Aughra's eye, while the whole is surrounded by a serpent biting its own tail. This serpent was known as the Abiranariba, and it represented eternal cyclic renewal. The Abiranariba was often used to enclose the symbol of the Great Conjunction in astrological charts, as a way of protecting it from the  ever-changing forces of the heavens.
