Creative Inspiration
The sturdy key pendant is molded from an actual vintage skeleton key borrowed from my father's collection. Although the term skeleton key could be a misnomer, since the historical skeleton key was a key which opened many different locks, whereas many vintage keys were actually "bit" or "barrel" keys, which were designed to open just one lock.
And one of the best reasons we heard to wear a key - the wearer of the key is a keeper of things, one who protects something of value and who has access to something that others are not able to reach.
